We have reviewed your IP(s) ( 69.72.177.140) and determined that messages are being filtered (i.e. sent to the Junk folder) based on the recommendations of the SmartScreen =AE Filter.=20 Email filtering is based on many factors, but primarily it's due to mail content and recipient interaction with that mail. Because of the proprietary nature of SmartScreen=AE and because SmartScreen=AE Filter technology is always adapting and learning more about what is and isn't unwanted mail, it is not possible for us to offer specific advice about improving your mail content. However, in general SmartScreen=AE Filter evaluates specific words or characteristics from each e-mail message and weights them, based on their likelihood to indicate that a message is unwanted or legitimate mail. =20 Unfortunately, after reviewing the information you provided and in compliance with our mail policies, we are unable to offer immediate mitigation for your deliverability issue. However, we have some specific recommendations for you to consider that can help you to improve deliverability over time.=20 Here are some specific recommendations for you to consider: Brand your mail Ensure mails are cleanly formatted and clearly identifiable as originating from your service.=20 =20 Follow content and formatting best practices There are numerous Internet resources which offer advice and best practices, we recommend you refer to these resources for assistance creating well formatted and more deliverable email.=20 =20 Highlight Opt In Clearly mark your emails so that Windows Live Hotmail customers are able to identify that they requested or subscribed to emails from your service.=20 =20 Ensure your email lists are up to date Remove those who do not want to receive the emails and consider making the unsubscribe process more visible to ensure you are only delivering mail to interested recipients. =20 Join the Junk Mail Reporting Program (JMRP) We believe that your recipients are the best indicator that the email you are sending is wanted. The JMRP program allows you to see which of your emails Hotmail users have marked as junk or unwanted mail. Reviewing the results in JMRP will provide to the most direct information on what characteristics of your email, customers, and ultimately SmartScreen=AE, consider to be unwanted. This helpful = feedback mechanism allows you to ensure that mails being sent from your IP are not resulting in negative feedback that could impact your sending reputation. Being vigilant about users who mark your e-mail as unwanted or the types of messages that are being marked as unwanted can help you keep mailing lists updated with only interested users and modify future campaigns. In addition, monitoring user complaints can help you identify unintended mail traffic or detect a potentially compromised account sending unwanted mail to your customers. Enroll at https://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=3Dedfsjmrpp&ct=3Deformts = =20 Join the Smart Network Data Services program (SNDS) The SNDS program provides data about traffic seen originating from your registered IP, such as mail volume and complaint rates. The data is built from the log files of the inbound mail machines and other servers at Hotmail and Microsoft and represents factual information about the traffic from your mail servers to Hotmail users. For more information about this free program refer to https://postmaster.live.com/snds/FAQ.aspx . To register, please go to http://postmaster.msn.com/snds/. (Tip: As part of the enrollment process, you are asked to sign the JMRP program agreement and then send a response to Support indicating that it has been signed. It's not uncommon for that step in the enrollment process to be missed.) =20 We encourage you to take an active role in managing your email practices and infrastructure. The SmartScreen=AE filter is not static = and it is possible to improve deliverability over time. Implementing and maintaining email best practices such as those described above can help.=20 We also encourage you to download and apply the industry best practices found in our Hotmail Enhanced Deliverability white paper.=20 Sincerely, Nijil Hotmail Deliverability Support Team. =20 _____ =20 --- Original Message --- From : bennett@peacefire.org Sent : Tuesday, December 11, 2012 5:34:41 AM UTC To : f008f58b-e33c-4fa0-a2ac-0be2860f8cb0 Subject : Sender Information Form Service: Sender Information Form What type of problem do you have? We've set up the newest Circumventor site: http://www.dollmuffin.com/ Sorry for another long delay, but the good news is that we've been working on the program I mentioned in the last message, for getting on Facebook and Youtube in school in their *original* versions (not mobile Facebook). In fact, most sites that break when accessed through the Circumventor sites, should work through this program. You can download the program from here: http://www.circumventor.com/CircumventorSSH.004.exe and run it on any computer where you want to try to get around the Internet blocker. (Well, it does have to be a Windows computer.) Hopefully we will eventually come up with a better name for it than CircumventorSSH :) That link will probably be blocked on a censored computer, so the idea is to download the program from a non-censored computer (usually your home computer), then copy it to a USB thumb drive, and bring it in to the school/work computer and run it from there and see if it works. (If you live in a country or boarding school where Internet access is censored 24/7, contact me and I'll get you another link or email the program.) Also note that workplace/school/library computers are often locked down so that you can't bring in your own programs and run them off a thumb drive, so obviously it won't work in that case. If you do use it, please let me know how it works for you if you get a chance, and also possibly what Internet censorship program you used it to get around -- did it work for you against LightSpeed? Barracuda? Websense? SmartFilter? etc. If you run into a problem, we want to hear about that too, just please be as specific as you can -- i.e., what was the very last thing you did before you got the error, dnd what error message did you get. That's helpful. Hi,

=0A=

My name is Nijil and I w= ork with the Hotmail Deliverability Support Team.

=0A=

We have reviewed your IP= (s) ( 69.72.177.140) and determined that messages are being filtered (i.e. = sent to the Junk folder) based on the recommendations of the SmartScreen=AE Filter= .

=0A=

Email filtering is based= on many factors, but primarily it's due to mail content and recipient inte= raction with that mail.  Because of the proprietary nature of SmartScr= een=AE and because SmartScreen=AE Filter technology is always adapting and = learning more about what is and isn't unwanted mail, it is not possible for= us to offer specific advice about improving your mail content. However, in= general SmartScreen=AE Filter evaluates specific words or characteristics = from each e-mail message and weights them, based on their likelihood to ind= icate that a message is unwanted or legitimate mail.

=0A=

Unfortunately, after revi= ewing the information you provided and in compliance with our mail policies= , we are unable to offer immediate mitigation for your deliverability issue= . However, we have some specific recommendations for you to consider that c= an help you to improve deliverability over time.

=0A=

Here are some specifi= c recommendations for you to consider:

=0A=

Brand your mail<= BR>Ensure m= ails are cleanly formatted and clearly identifiable as originating from you= r service. =

=0A=

=0A=

Follow content a= nd formatting best practices
There are numerous Internet resources which offer advi= ce and best practices, we recommend you refer to these resources for assist= ance creating well formatted and more deliverable email.

=0A=

=0A=

Highlight Opt In=

=0A=

Clearly mark your e= mails so that Windows Live Hotmail customers are able to identify that they= requested or subscribed to emails from your service.

=0A=

=0A=

Ensure your emai= l lists are up to date
Remove those who do not want to receive the emails and consi= der making the unsubscribe process more visible to ensure you are only deli= vering mail to interested recipients.

=0A=

=0A=

Join the Junk Ma= il Reporting Program (JMRP)
We believe that your recipients are the best indicator = that the email you are sending is wanted.  The JMRP program allows you= to see which of your emails Hotmail users have marked as junk or unwanted = mail.  Reviewing the results in JMRP will provide to the most direct i= nformation on what characteristics of your email, customers, and ultimately= SmartScreen=AE, consider to be unwanted. This helpful feedback mechanism a= llows you to ensure that mails being sent from your IP are not resulting in= negative feedback that could impact your sending reputation. Being vigilan= t about users who mark your e-mail as unwanted or the types of messages tha= t are being marked as unwanted can help you keep mailing lists updated with= only interested users and modify future campaigns. In addition, monitoring= user complaints can help you identify unintended mail traffic or detect a = potentially compromised account sending unwanted mail to your customers. En= roll at https://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=3Dedfsjmrpp&ct=3Deform= ts.<= /SPAN><= /SPAN>

=0A=

=0A=

Join the Smart N= etwork Data Services program (SNDS)

=0A=

The SNDS program pr= ovides data about traffic seen originating from your registered IP, such as= mail volume and complaint rates. The data is built from the log files of t= he inbound mail machines and other servers at Hotmail and Microsoft and rep= resents factual information about the traffic from your mail servers to Hot= mail users. For more information about this free program refer to https://postmaster.live.com/snds/FAQ.aspx. To regis= ter, please go to http://postmaster.msn.com/snds/. (Tip: As part of the enrollment process, you = are asked to sign the JMRP program agreement and then send a response to Su= pport indicating that it has been signed.  It's not uncommon for that = step in the enrollment process to be missed.)

=0A=

=0A=

We encourage you to take = an active role in managing your email practices and infrastructure. The Sma= rtScreen=AE filter is not static and it is possible to improve deliverabili= ty over time.  Implementing and maintaining email best practices such = as those described above can help.

=0A=

We also encourage you to= download and apply the industry best practices found in our Hotmail Enhanced Deliverability white paper.

=0A=

Sincerely,

=0A=

Nijil<= /P>=0A=

 Hotmail Deliverability Support Team.

Happy late Thanksgiving to my fellow Americans= on the list!

We've set up the newest Circumventor site:

http= ://www.dollmuffin.com/

Sorry for another long delay, but the good ne= ws is that we've been working on the program I mentioned in the last messag= e, for getting on Facebook and Youtube in school in their *original* versio= ns (not mobile Facebook).  In fact, most sites that break when accesse= d through the Circumventor sites, should work through this program.

= You can download the program from here:
http://www.circumventor.com/Circ= umventorSSH.004.exe
and run it on any computer where you want to try to = get around the Internet blocker. (Well, it does have to be a Windows comput= er.)  Hopefully we will eventually come up with a better name for it t= han CircumventorSSH :)

That link will probably be blocked on a censo= red computer, so the idea is to download the program from a non-censored co= mputer (usually your home computer), then copy it to a USB thumb drive, and= bring it in to the school/work computer and run it from there and see if i= t works.  (If you live in a country or boarding school where Internet = access is censored 24/7, contact me and I'll get you another link or email = the program.)  Also note that workplace/school/library computers are o= ften locked down so that you can't bring in your own programs and run them = off a thumb drive, so obviously it won't work in that case.

If you d= o use it, please let me know how it works for you if you get a chance, and = also possibly what Internet censorship program you used it to get around --= did it work for you against LightSpeed?  Barracuda?  Websense? &= nbsp;SmartFilter? etc.  If you run into a problem, we want to hear abo= ut that too, just please be as specific as you can -- i.e., what was the ve= ry last thing you did before you got the error, dnd what error message did = you get.  That's helpful.

Enjoy!

-Bennett
